About us
Our passion and profession - for the success of your horses in breeding and sport!
Together with our team, consisting of two grooms and a stable assistant, we are now the third generation to run our horse farm. The foundations were laid by grandparents Heinrich and “Hildi” Hildegard Lamping, who also ran a small horse breeding business on their farm.

After Christian and Bianca Baune converted the farm into a pure breeding, rearing and training operation, horses have now been at the heart of Dümmerlohausen for more than 25 years.

While daughter Feline Baune is studying administrative sciences, son Justus Baune is continuing this hippological tradition after successfully completing his agricultural studies and his FN trainer certification in competitive riding.
Christian Baune
Christian Baune can look back on the proud number of almost 500 licensed stallions, including many champion and premium stallions.

Since 1983, together with his father Paul Baune and his brother Hendrik Baune in Heiden, Westphalia, he has dedicated himself entirely to the sustainable training and promotion of young equine talent, even after setting up his own business in Damme in 2000.
Justus Baune has inherited the passion for horses from his grandfather Paul Baune and his father Christian Baune.

After studying agriculture at Osnabrück University, the certified FN trainer for competitive sport is now heavily involved in the breeding and training of stallions and young horses as well as feed production on his parents' farm.
